Roles We Are Hiring

Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets to extract insights and create predictive models.
Develop, test, and optimize machine learning models using various algorithms.
Collaborate with product teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Perform feature engineering and data transformation to improve model accuracy.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
Expertise in statistical analysis and model evaluation.
Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and model development.
Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).

Desired Experience:

Experience working with NLP or time-series models.
Prior experience in building AI-driven platforms for real-world applications.

Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

Clean, preprocess, and sanitize raw data to ensure high-quality datasets.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data.
Perform data wrangling and feature engineering for training models.
Collaborate with Data Scientists to ensure smooth data flow for model development and training.

Required Skills:

Expertise in SQL, Python, and data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
Experience in building ETL processes and data pipelines.
Strong understanding of data architecture and databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS Redshift).
Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms for data storage and processing.

Desired Experience:

Experience with real-time data streaming and processing frameworks.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

Implement and deploy machine learning models into production systems.
Optimize model performance for large-scale deployments.
Work with Data Scientists to transform prototypes into production-grade applications.
Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure their continued success.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with machine learning model deployment and scaling.
Expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Familiarity with AWS-based machine learning solutions (AWS Sagemaker).
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.

Desired Experience:

Experience with model serving frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Serving, MLFlow).
Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery practices in AI.
